How long will it take to receive my item (s)?
We have ware houses in North America and abroad, so we can ship our products as quickly as possible wherever you live. The vast majority of our US and Canadian customers receive their items within 7 days. Most North American customers receive their articles much sooner.
So, how does our expedition work?
The delivery time of orders is divided into two parts:
1- Processing time: this includes order verification, adaptation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after ordering. The warehouse processes orders, which takes 2-7 days.
2- Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. After processing and out of the warehouse, items take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but they can be longer from time to time.
In less influential areas where we have less order or potential customers it often takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. So, do not worry, pretend that you are the only potential client of the Vhorsten, your products will be delivered in a timely manner as you wish. Most of the time, our products will arrive much more quickly, but we want you to know that it's out of our control after justifying and reviewing the products. The delivery service chooses of your choice when ordering will take care of it up to your door.
What is the shipping cost?
- Most of our products are free for customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico in general if the Customer's order is equal to or greater than $ 50 USD the delivery is totally free anywhere.
- Customers may pay additional fees by choosing whether they want to receive their orders as quickly as possible via another suggested delivery service with their rates and delivery time by Vhorsten.
- International customers are responsible for shipping charges, additional fees and fees.
Why are orders so slow?
- We have a strong order of delivery, we examine more than 1000 orders for the sent to our customers, all done in chronological order for a better satisfaction
Where can I track my articles?
We have not yet put in place a tracking system for clients, but we are working to make that happen.
What if I do not receive my items?
While most of our US and Canadian customers receive their items quickly, errors can occur. If you are a US or Canadian customer and do not receive your order within 21 days, simply contact us.
I messed up my delivery address, what should I do?
Do not worry. As long as you contact us within 2 hours after your order for the error in your address, we can modify it for you. Just send us your complete and correct address with your order number and we will be able to update your details.
Once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no changes can be made to the order.
I messed up my billing address, what should I do?
Billing addresses are not currently editable. This is to prevent the risk of fraud.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
I do not like my article Can I return it?
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. For a refund, all returns must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by the customer. Please send us proof of shipment for a refund.
Promotional, discounted and free items are not eligible for returns.

My item is damaged, defective or does not fit the description. Can I return it?
If your item is damaged, defective or does not fit the description, you are entitled to a re-shipment of the item or a full refund. To request re-shipment or refund, please email us a clear photo of the item indicating that it is damaged, defective or does not match the description.
We are not responsible for damage caused by wear, submersion in water or dimensional differences.
How how long do the repayments take?
Refunds take up to 28 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Please write to us immediately if you have not received your refund after 28 business days. If possible, please provide screenshots of the transaction as this will expedite our investigation.
